Real Golf Club Oyambre
The Real Golf Club Oyambre is a 9-hole links course inaugurated by Alfonso XIII in 1924 . Its creator was the Marquis of Comillas, and for years it was the meeting place in the North of Spain for the country's aristocracy.
Nestled in the Oyambre Natural Park, and surrounded by the beaches of Oyambre and La Rabia, it has 6 par 3s and 3 par 4s, which, although they are moderately difficult, do force you to sharpen your aim so as not to lose the ball in the surrounding beaches.
Its excellent drainage allows it to be played every day of the year, something very unusual after days of rain in the rest of the fields in Cantabria.
Living history of our golf, it is one of the oldest courses in Spain.
