Centro Nacional de Golf

The National Golf Center is a model course created by the Royal Spanish Golf Federation in the center of Madrid to make it easier for anyone to learn and play golf.

The 18-hole course was designed by Dave Thomas as a team with the Green Project company and resulted in a long course of 6,622 meters (7,244 yards) with the appearance of British links, with a lot of rough and no trees where the breezes They become a determining part of the game.

It has been the scene of high-level professional competitions such as the Spanish Challenge in 2006, the Spanish Open in 2007, the Madrid Masters in 2009 and the Spanish Open 2018, which was won by Jon Rahm and was a success for visitors.
